Alzheimer's Enrichment

(A.E.P)

What is it?

The Alzheimer's Enrichment program aims to improve the quality of life for seniors diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's, their caregivers, and loved ones.

How does it work?

Our personalized care plans and workshops are based on over a decade of research and observations by our founder, Veronica Calliet. They have proven most effective at reducing frustrations felt by caregivers and providing comforting structure for those suffering through the illness.

Our Story

Having led the innovative Woldenberg Skilled Nursing Care facility at Willow Wood for over 10 years, Veronica posessed the credentials, expertise and experience in caring for seniors and improving their quality of life amidst cognitive decline.

But all of that experience still could not prepare her for the pain, frustration, and confusion she felt as she cared for her mother, who began experiencing rapid physical and cognitive decline after the death of her husband.

After implementing her personal care plan, Veronica's 82 year old mother has a new sense of vibrance and joy that every one of her family members can attest to. And, most importantly, many of the frustrations that Veronica and her mother's caregivers felt are in the past.
